Requirements

A diploma or degree in a technical discipline (engineering, electronics, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a customer-first mindset
Good English communication skills (written and spoken) in addition to fluent Swedish
Willingness to travel within Sweden (75% of the time)
Up to 5 years of experience in a technical role—or a strong motivation to learn if you’re a recent graduate
Preferred location near or around Gothenburg (South of Sweden)

Responsibilities

Install and implement new molecular diagnostic systems at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, and repairs
Troubleshoot technical issues by phone and on-site, ensuring timely resolution
Provide hands-on support and training for software and hardware upgrades
Collaborate closely with Application Support Specialists and Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage your own tools and spare parts inventory according to Abbott standards
Represent Abbott professionally and maintain strong customer relationships
