Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or technical support, and a strong understanding of complex equipment installation and repair. Experience with electron microscopy systems, particularly TEM and SEM, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing on-site installation of complex electron microscopy systems and their associated options, conducting scheduled maintenance visits, providing troubleshooting and repair support to customers and other field service personnel, cultivating positive customer relationships, and completing field service reports. They will also participate in technical training, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and partner with colleagues to acquire technical guidance for system solutions.
