Requirements

Candidates typically require a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience. Experience in a hunter type role and experience with interconnect, passive, and electromechanical components are required. Proficiency in sales tracking systems, such as Salesforce.com, and Oracle is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Field Sales Representative will define critical markets and new customers, plan strategy, and develop relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling. They will maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts, ensure customer satisfaction, prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), present strategic plans, and lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock sales opportunities. The role involves creating demand for Arrow products and services, working with engineers and designers to resolve electronic board designs, establishing relationships with key suppliers, and participating in a sales compensation plan tied to specific sales goals. Additionally, the representative will promote and sell Arrow’s value-added programs and supply chain solutions.
