This is a full-time position.
The role requires significant time in-field leading teams on the ground, mapping, prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with restaurants in Greater London.
Responsibilities include managing a team of Field Sales Executives to hit sales targets, providing in-field support for signing restaurants, pipeline management, people management, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and aligning with regional strategies.
The role requires commercial savvy, entrepreneurial ambition, sales expertise, commercial acumen for complex negotiations, strong communication skills, people management and coaching abilities, and experience with Salesforce.
The UK&I team is the largest market at the forefront of innovation, building a team of commercially savvy, entrepreneurial individuals; you'll report to the Head of Sales, work closely with Regional Directors, manage Field Sales Executives, and collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams.
Online food delivery connecting customers and restaurants
Deliveroo connects customers with a variety of restaurants through its online food delivery service. Customers can place orders via the Deliveroo website or mobile app, which are sent to partner restaurants for preparation. Once the food is ready, Deliveroo's network of delivery riders brings it directly to the customer's home. This system allows restaurants to expand their reach without handling their own delivery logistics. Deliveroo earns money by charging restaurants a commission on orders and customers a delivery fee.
