Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in field support or a service-related industry. A current and valid Driver's License is required, along with the ability to obtain necessary pest certifications and business licenses. The position also requires the ability to work overnight shifts as needed and pass a background check and drug test including THC. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a field support or service-related industry are preferred, as are proven customer service skills, change initiative implementation aptitude, good decision-making abilities, prior sales experience, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
The Field Operations Manager will lead a team of 8-10 Service Specialists in managing daily and nightly routes, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include hiring, developing, and retaining associates, driving customer retention and satisfaction, and achieving financial and service delivery goals. The role involves pursuing sales and new business opportunities, coordinating initial services, maintaining inventory, performing quality assurance visits, and building customer relationships. Additionally, the manager will champion safety practices and ensure the team upholds strong safety values. Driving a company vehicle to perform job duties is also a requirement.
