Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and have at least 3 years of experience in field support or a service-related industry. A current and valid Driver's License is required, along with the ability to work overnight shifts and obtain necessary pest certifications and business licenses. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience are preferred. Proven success in meeting customer needs, delivering quality service, achieving business objectives, and prior budget/P&L experience are also advantageous. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.

Responsibilities

The Field Operations Manager will lead a team of 8-10 Service Specialists in route management, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include hiring, developing, and retaining team members, driving customer retention and satisfaction, and achieving financial and service delivery goals. The manager will also pursue sales and new business opportunities, coordinate initial services, perform quality assurance visits, build customer relationships, and champion safety practices within the team.
