Requirements

Demonstrated success in securing favorable coverage and reimbursement for innovative therapies is essential, along with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and payer decision-making processes. Strong collaboration and communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Account Director will serve as the primary point of contact for Authorized Treatment Centers (ATCs) regarding field-related payer access engagements, develop and execute payer strategies to secure access to Orca Bio products, present scientific data and clinical insights to key decision-makers, deliver comprehensive product presentations, maintain favorable access and reimbursement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including field sales, medical affairs, and case management to ensure patient access and manage the commercialization of Orca Bio’s portfolio.
