Position Overview

We are a leading global market research company seeking Field Interviewers to conduct in-home product counts and surveys. This role requires extensive fieldwork within the Celaya, Guanajuato region.


Responsibilities

  • Receive weekly assignments for household routes.
  • Visit assigned households to conduct product counts in pantries and other rooms.
  • Scan barcodes of products included in the survey list using a provided device.
  • Verify that the scanned product information matches the physical product.
  • Request product wrappers from household representatives for consumed items.
  • Request and record purchase receipts for products acquired during the survey period.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Secondary School completion.
  • Skills:
    • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Numerical ability (basic arithmetic: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
    • Effective communication.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Adherence to procedures.
    • Results-oriented.
    • Autonomy and ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Experience: Sales, operational roles (e.g., warehouse worker, driver, cashier), field work, interviewer, market researcher, promoter.
  • Availability: Full-time availability.
  • Travel: 100% field work required.
  • Language: Spanish (LATAM)

Work Schedule & Location

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Residency: Celaya, Guanajuato.
