Responsibilities

Problem-Solve: Develop engineered solutions to difficult and ambiguous problems, working as part of a cross-functional team
Customer Advocacy: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a liaison to manage expectations and ensure effective problem resolution
