Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical authority during customer engagements to showcase the company’s BSS software capabilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer pain points and design tailored solutions
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments
  • Design end-to-end solutions leveraging the company’s BSS software for telco challenges such as billing, revenue management, customer experience, and service provisioning
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with customer infrastructure, regulatory requirements, and business goals
  • Act as a technical strategist, identifying and recommending complementary technologies and partnerships
  • Advise customers on BSS transformation strategies
  • Share thought leadership on best practices and future trends
  • Work closely with implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment of BSS solutions
  • Act as an advocate for the customer internally, communicating feedback to product management
  • Provide escalation support for complex technical issues
