  • 3+ years in a medical device clinical support role or cardiac catheterization lab
  • Deep understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and creating training materials

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on training and education to physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting for Inari products
  • Lead and facilitate in-service training sessions in clinical environments
  • Collaborate with Account and Regional Managers to identify opportunities for therapy adoption
  • Deliver clear, concise communication during high-pressure, fast-paced procedures
  • Act as a trusted clinical resource for physicians, hospital staff, and internal teams
  • Offer responsive, high-level clinical support for complex field inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers
  • Provide feedback to product development teams and assist with product improvements
  • Document clinical case observations in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Travel regularly to support multiple hospital sites and physicians in your region
