Requirements

At least a Master’s Degree in biotechnology, immunology, Life science, biological science, Medical Technology or related scientific field
At least 2 years relevant working experience with experience in the field of immunology, genomic and Cell biology
Experience in the field of Flow Cytometry, automation
Proficient in multitasking and problem-solving, adapting quickly to fast-paced, dynamic environments
Proficient in written and spoken English with proficient MS Office skills
Experience in the field of cell therapy or biopharma (plus)

Responsibilities

Integrate instruments (including installation), assays and connectivity solutions into customer laboratories and provide support to the customer during the evaluation and implementation
Provide demonstration of instrumentation, software and reagents to current and potential customers
Jointly develop account strategies with Sales Representatives aimed at increasing business and retaining current business
Conduct technical seminars and presentations at customer sites, trade shows and workshops to drive thought leader adoption
Ensure install and customer management database is updated with full activity traceability & active involvement in pre-sales activities to support business development & adhere to normal standard of work for documentation and customer complaint handling
