Requirements

  • Experience marketing networking technology to end-user customers and through Channel Partners (Distributors, Value Added Resellers, Managed Service Providers, etc.)
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Ability to work closely with direct and channel sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify and manage field events
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to travel within the North America region (15-25% travel)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional marketing events (e.g., tradeshows, conferences, product demonstrations) with direct sales teams and channel partners
  • Work with regional direct and channel sales team to identify and recruit potential partners
  • Implement regional channel partner programs in collaboration with global partner marketing
  • Analyze marketing programs and events and make recommendations to improve performance
  • Work with regional channel sales and enablement teams to ensure channel partners are properly trained and motivated to offer BlueCat products to end users
  • Manage marketing budgets for field and channel activities for your region
  • Work with global partner marketing to develop and manage marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, online content) needed for your region
  • Track marketing campaign performance and reporting on key metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (key assigned channel partners, BlueCat channel sales partners, account executives, and solution architects)
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth within North America
  • Work with direct and channel sales teams to develop and execute regional sales strategies
