Responsibilities

  • Supports the end-to-end administration of services quotes and contracts, including order booking, quotation preparation, renewals, and amendments
  • Maintains compliant services quotations & contracts in alignment with government business mandates and regulatory requirements
  • Learns requirements and develops capability in all areas of administrative processing activities
  • Utilizes SAP and Salesforce (SFDC) platforms to manage service contracts, process orders, and maintain accurate data integrity
  • Collects, consolidates, and charts data from sales and process results for assigned portions of operations areas to identify trends and issues
  • Learns and practices basic analysis
  • Implements specified changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Develops understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs
