Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience as a top performing BDR/SDR, Account Executive, or similar sales role within the Federal space, a strong passion in matters of national security, and be a self starter who can work independently and as part of a team. Experience supporting a book of business for multiple Account Executives, excellent communication, written, and active listening skills, and the ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment are also required. Proficiency with cold engagements via email, phone, LinkedIn, in-person events, and experience with sales tools including Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, GovWin, and GovSignals are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Federal Business Development Representative will generate qualified opportunities for the Federal Account Executive team through both outbound and inbound channels, uncover prospective customer goals and challenges and align them to the problem Game Warden solves, collaborate and partner closely with aligned Account Executives and cross-departmentally, continually refine and enhance processes based on self-evaluation and managerial feedback, meet and exceed sales performance benchmarks through daily and weekly activities, and maintain strong data hygiene within sales tooling, primarily Salesforce.
