Requirements

Candidates should possess experience in SaaS sales, Cyber-sec or IAM/IGA sales, the ability to navigate multinational accounts and engage with C-level executives, strong negotiation skills, and an understanding of financial terms and sales measurement.

Responsibilities

The Federal Account Executive will sell SailPoint’s IGA Solution Suite to Federal agencies, develop a thorough understanding of prospective client’s business and IT initiatives, identify business drivers and needs that SailPoint can address, develop compelling business value propositions for our solutions, close business deals and negotiate high-value contracts, build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level decision makers and key buyers, collaborate with virtual teams and key stakeholders, establish an internal network and lead interlock meetings, schedule weekly 1:1 meetings with a TAM for review, and familiarize themselves with SailPoint’s language and technical terms.
