Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in selling professional services and/or solutions within the software industry, specifically in the Federal space, along with consultative sales experience. They require the ability to build and collaborate strong relationships within both internal and external ecosystems, ensuring proper engagement with core teams and customers, and should demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of cloud application technology and trends.

Responsibilities

The Sr Services Account Executive-Federal will act as the primary point of contact for the customer regarding ServiceNow’s Expert and Success Services portfolio, leading engagement negotiation and ensuring legal and operational stakeholder evaluations are performed. They will work with license and solution sales teams to position Expert and Success services appropriately on designated accounts, drive the client to provide references, and exceed services sales quotas. Furthermore, the role will ensure that plans are developed to allow for the full array of licensed products to be deployed, drive service references, and maximize the chances of successful delivery, on time, on budget, and delivering the agreed functionality, while also ensuring revenue recognition is timely and consistent.
