Daily inspection and maintenance of the electrical distribution room, and implementation of annual maintenance
Daily inspection and maintenance of chiller units, and supervision of contractors for monthly and annual maintenance
Daily inspection and maintenance of cooling towers, and supervision of contractors for monthly and annual maintenance
Daily inspection and maintenance of the compressed air system, and supervision of contractors for monthly and annual maintenance
Daily inspection and maintenance of overhead cranes, and supervision of contractors for monthly and annual maintenance
Daily inspection and maintenance of the air conditioning system, and supervision of contractors for monthly and annual maintenance
Daily maintenance and repair of restrooms
Daily inspection and maintenance of office building facilities
