Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Four (4) years of related experience (required); two (2) or more years of equivalent industry related experience preferred
  • Journeyman Electrician certificate highly desirable
  • 1 or more years in a managerial or project leader role highly desirable
  • Certificate of CFM, CPE or FMP highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Supervise preventive and reactive maintenance of facility equipment and systems, ensuring timely resolution to issues and continuous production
  • Support the monitoring and performance of facility security systems, processes and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure safety
  • Lead the monitoring, performance, and metrics related to facility support systems and utilities
  • Oversee planning and budgeting for facility upgrades and modifications, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met
  • Provide direction, assistance, and support to contractors conducting facility and equipment repairs, ensuring efficient task completion
  • Exemplify and hold team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values; evaluate potential, drive succession planning, and ensure employees receive development and coaching to realize their full potential
  • Oversee the allocation and coordination of all facility space for manufacturing, equipment, utilities, support systems, offices and warehouse
