Requirements

Associate’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field (required); Bachelor’s degree preferred
Four (4) years of related experience (required); two (2) or more years of equivalent industry related experience preferred
Journeyman Electrician certificate highly desirable
1 or more years in a managerial or project leader role highly desirable
Certificate of CFM, CPE or FMP highly desirable

Responsibilities

Supervise preventive and reactive maintenance of facility equipment and systems, ensuring timely resolution to issues and continuous production
Support the monitoring and performance of facility security systems, processes and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure safety
Lead the monitoring, performance, and metrics related to facility support systems and utilities
Oversee planning and budgeting for facility upgrades and modifications, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met
Provide direction, assistance, and support to contractors conducting facility and equipment repairs, ensuring efficient task completion
Exemplify and hold team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values; evaluate potential, drive succession planning, and ensure employees receive development and coaching to realize their full potential
Oversee the allocation and coordination of all facility space for manufacturing, equipment, utilities, support systems, offices and warehouse
