Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in office facilities, workplace services, or REWS support
  • Basic graduation level education in any field, preferably with an administrative or business management focus
  • Good English communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information
  • Ability to speak multiple languages: English, Kannada, Hindi, and other state languages (Telugu/Tamil)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working across multiple timezones or hybrid setups
  • Experience supporting scaling teams or dynamic office environments

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office functions including housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, and security
  • Support seating allocation, office moves, and upkeep of Bengaluru GCC facilities through proactive inspections and vendor coordination
  • Assist in sourcing and managing service contracts (catering, cleaning, transport, AC, etc.), track budgets, process invoices, and maintain documentation for finance and compliance
  • Coordinate transport and logistics for employees and visiting colleagues
  • Partner with HR to support team events, wellness initiatives, and onboarding/offboarding logistics
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols, government regulations, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Act as the first point of contact for emergencies
  • Monitor facilities KPIs, suggest process improvements, and support forecasting of future space and service needs
  • Execute day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination
  • Operate in the North America shift with partial overlap into the India day shift for seamless coordination across global teams
