Responsibilities

  • Control and catalog the company's fixed assets (laptops, furniture, printers, etc.)
  • Develop and ensure internal policies (reimbursements, travel, asset replacement, etc.)
  • Manage service provider contracts (cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, IT, etc.)
  • Request and follow up on building and corrective maintenance (cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, IT, etc.)
  • Update, monitor, and provide company certificates (usually requested by sales)
  • Control and record accounts payable and receivable
