Responsibilities

Negotiate with suppliers to get the best proposals for services or products
Control budget requests and ensure they are accurate
Monitor, control, and request office inventory of materials and supplies
Register and control the entry and exit of vendors
Control and catalog the company's fixed assets (laptops, furniture, printers, etc.)
Develop and ensure internal policies (reimbursements, travel, asset replacement, etc.)
Manage service provider contracts (cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, IT, etc.)
Request and follow up on building and corrective maintenance (cleaning, air conditioning maintenance, IT, etc.)
Update, monitor, and provide company certificates (usually requested by sales)
Control and record accounts payable and receivable
Support the collection of overdue client payments
Assist in the preparation of financial reports
