Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Strategic Program Delivery, Project Management, or a related role, with a proven ability to design and scale growth programs for high-value business segments
  • Advanced Business Acumen, allowing interpretation of organizational dynamics and market trends to propose the best course of action and drive decisions effectively
  • Expert-level skills in Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management, with a demonstrated track record of leveraging analytical skills and adapting communication style to different organizational groups
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of structuring complex data, understanding business KPIs, and translating performance metrics into clear, actionable strategies and recommendations
  • SaaS and/or eCommerce experience preferable
  • Fluent in English; German language knowledge would be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Act as the central coordinator for all growth initiatives with strategic marketplaces, take ownership of a portfolio of growth projects, set up detailed action plans, monitor tasks and milestones, and identify/escalate risks to guarantee successful execution
  • Coordinate: Act as the central coordinator for all internal workstreams interfacing with strategic marketplaces to ensure smooth delivery
  • Engage: Independently design and standardize high-value engagement formats, including Executive Business Review structures, Partnership Scorecards, and Joint Hunting Programs, aligning them with the overall business strategy
  • Report & Influence: Track the commercial impact and report progress and outcomes to senior leadership, both internally and with marketplaces
