Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end re-engineering of business processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and compliance
  • Apply process engineering principles to design workflows that reduce redundancy and enhance productivity
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that streamline operations
  • Develop and maintain governance models to monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to global standards
  • Author and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support international compliance and operational consistency
  • Collaborate with regional teams to harmonize processes and address country-specific regulatory nuances
  • Conduct UI/UX reviews across platforms to ensure intuitive, user-centric design
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to prioritize features that improve internal and external user satisfaction
  • Monitor feedback loops and usability metrics to guide continuous improvement
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with data operations, product, and transformation teams
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to promote adoption of new processes and tools
  • Build business cases for transformation initiatives, including ROI analysis and risk assessments
