Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with SAP financial systems
Technical background, particularly in ABAP developments and middleware technologies
In-depth knowledge of SAP solutions (including ECC, SRM/MDM) and significant experience in managing related projects
Fluent in French and English (C1 level) for collaboration with The Walt Disney Company peers
360-degree experience in system implementation: from deployment to support, including upgrades
Recognized ability to translate business needs into technical and functional specifications

Responsibilities

Evaluate, estimate, and understand business needs, constraints, and requirements through close collaboration and governance points
Implement, configure, and customize SAP solutions and other financial systems according to client needs and priorities, including ABAP developments
In projects as coordinator, ensure coordination, planning among involved parties, and produce reporting on progress, phases, budget, and risks
Perform maintenance on SAP modules and other financial systems, ensuring proactive and reactive availability
Analyze incidents on SAP and its interfaces or other financial tools, implement solutions within defined deadlines, and document in the reference repository
Track and report on incident statuses and resolutions, contributing to team KPIs, especially resolution deadlines and quality standards
Apply best practices for transporting and deploying solutions in compliance with demand management tools and company procedures
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper architecture and operation of SAP modules and financial tools
Ensure application security with concerned teams by monitoring, applying patches, and keeping the application repository up to date
Ensure compliance and traceability of technical documentation
Participate in knowledge transfer with project teams on new features and solutions for support and maintenance
