Position Overview

You will join the Customer Experience team, specifically focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics offering. Our areas of expertise include AMOA, project management, implementation, and CRM strategy. Our clients are major groups and leaders in their respective sectors (finance, real estate, insurance, etc.), as well as large SMEs and mid-sized companies located throughout France.

We also offer the opportunity to join our service center to best meet our clients' needs. As a privileged Microsoft partner, Talan provides strong support from the publisher, including training, certification plans, and events.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs on Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Supervise a team of technical consultants, including task planning, technical support, and progress monitoring.
• Participate in feasibility studies, functional and technical analysis, and propose innovative solutions.
• Draft and validate technical and functional specifications.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed applications.
• Conduct technological watch to integrate best practices and innovations.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project teams, business units, and clients.

Qualifications

Required Profile

• Proven experience of 5 years or more in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• In-depth mastery of recent versions of Dynamics 365 and at least one associated module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing).
• Proven experience of 5 years or more with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and associated technologies.
• Experience in systems integration and using tools like Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate a technical team.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• A functional or technical Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600) is a plus.
• Any experience with Azure is also a plus. Examples include: Azure Functions, Web Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Service Bus, Copilot, Power BI (this list is not exhaustive).
