Position Overview

You will join the Customer Experience team, specifically the Microsoft Dynamics offering. Our areas of focus include expertise, functional analysis (AMOA), project management, implementation, and CRM strategy. Our clients are major groups leading in their sectors such as finance, real estate, insurance, as well as large SMEs and mid-sized companies based throughout France.

We also offer the possibility to join our service center to best meet our clients' challenges. As a privileged partner of Microsoft, Talan provides you with strong support from the publisher (training, certification plans, events, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement complete solutions tailored to client needs on Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Supervise a team of technical consultants: task planning, technical support, progress monitoring.
  • Participate in feasibility studies, functional and technical analysis, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Draft and validate technical and functional specifications.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed applications.
  • Maintain technological watch to integrate best practices and innovations.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders: project teams, business units, and clients.

Qualifications

Profile Sought:

  • Proven experience of 5 years or more in the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • In-depth mastery of recent versions of Dynamics 365 and at least one associated module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing).
  • Proven experience of 5 years or more in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and associated technologies.
  • Experience in system integration and using tools like Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services.
  • Proven leadership and ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • A functional or technical Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600) is a plus.
  • Any experience with Azure is also a plus. For example: Azure Functions, Web Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Service Bus, Copilot, Power BI (list not exhaustive).
