Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in cybersecurity, with proven expertise in SIEM technologies
Mastery of the architecture, deployment, and operation of Elastic Stack solutions (Logstash, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
Strong experience in log ingestion and normalization, as well as creating processing pipelines
Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Python scripting or equivalent)
Ability to interact with internal, external auditors, and regulators, and produce clear compliance documentation
Excellent knowledge of compliance requirements related to security supervision
CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification is highly desirable
Analytical mindset, rigor, customer service orientation, and strong written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in English, both written and oral

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, document, and evolve security supervision solutions (SIEM)
Maintain the stability of production SIEM environments and ensure their sustainability
Develop and maintain log ingestion, normalization, and correlation processes
Use automation tools (Ansible, Python scripts, etc.) to facilitate deployments and operations
Work closely with infrastructure, security, and architecture teams to integrate supervision capabilities into the overall IT ecosystem
Actively participate in internal and external audits
Handle exchanges with auditors (internal, external, regulators) by providing precise and documented technical responses on supervision, logging, and control systems
Write and maintain technical documentation (architectures, procedures, references)
Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to operational security
