Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar role, ideally in AdTech, SaaS, or a developer-facing environment
  • Comfortable working across UI, APIs, and SDKs, and able to troubleshoot issues spanning front-end, backend, and integrations
  • Good technical skills (reading logs, querying APIs, debugging SDKs) combined with excellent communication skills to explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, focusing on impact and business outcomes rather than rigid processes
  • Customer-oriented, with a genuine desire to help internal teams, publishers, and advertisers succeed with the product
  • Enjoy being the bridge between engineering and users, able to translate real-world problems into actionable insights for product and engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Support internal teams and external partners in integrating and using Voodoo’s Ad Network products (UIs, APIs, SDKs)
  • Troubleshoot issues across the stack (SDKs, APIs, and UIs), ensuring reliability and fast resolution
  • Provide clear and practical documentation that helps users succeed independently
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to escalate issues, shape new features, and give feedback based on real-world usage
  • Spot patterns in recurring problems and turn them into actionable insights that improve both the product and the organization’s efficiency
