  • Support the experienced hire team in finding, interviewing, and hiring non-technical professionals for Asia offices
  • Provide nuanced, white glove service to candidates and internal hiring teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage candidates on a day-to-day basis
  • Bring fresh ideas to improve recruitment approaches across non-technical hiring areas, including creative sourcing methods, pipelining, and positioning the firm in a competitive market
