Responsibilities

  • Fazer a gestão dos clientes, tornando-se um elo entre a Medtronic e o mercado
  • Coleta de informações e briefing (pré-visita), discussão e registro dos próximos passos (pós-visita) e follow-up (próxima visita) e atividades relacionadas ao processo de vendas como um todo
  • Execução da agenda de visitas e congressos conforme orientação de seu supervisor
  • Garantir que as metas mensais e trimestrais de vendas sejam atingidas ou superadas
  • Acompanhamento da execução do faturamento dos pedidos do seu território
  • Posicionar-se como recurso de confiança, conselheiro indispensável para clínicos e staff a respeito de procedimentos e diagnósticos a fim de garantir alta adoção de nossos produtos e tecnologias
  • Gerenciamento de processos internos para entregar os compromissos assumidos com os clientes
  • Entendimento das implicações e dificuldades do mercado público como por exemplo, os reembolsos, buscando alternativas para não impactar o market share do seu território
