Requirements

  • Experience in sales or account management in the diagnostics or molecular biology segment
  • Knowledge of molecular diagnostics products and equipment (DNA, RNA, proteins)
  • Familiarity with public sector processes, including Ministry of Health contracts (HIV/HBV/HCV)
  • Ability to handle technical issues, imports, logistics, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in financial follow-up, negotiations, and bidding processes (licitações)
  • Willingness to work in São Paulo/SP and participate in trainings

Responsibilities

  • Comercializar produtos e equipamentos da Divisão de Diagnóstica Molecular da Abbott, fornecendo informações e benefícios, cumprindo metas comerciais
  • Posicionar conceitos dos produtos no segmento de diagnóstico, mantendo distribuidores e clientes informados e atualizados
  • Gerenciar contratos de comercialização com o Ministério da Saúde (HIV/HBV/HCV), propondo estratégias de alinhamento de negócio
  • Realizar interface entre clientes e áreas internas da empresa (financeiro, logístico, crédito, fiscal, serviços) para agilizar procedimentos e atender necessidades
  • Identificar e participar de licitações presenciais para aquisição de produtos, solicitando documentação, negociando e acompanhando o processo até execução
  • Acompanhar pagamentos devidos à Abbott, fazendo follow-up de devedores com a Gerência Financeira
  • Acompanhar resultados comerciais e financeiros da carteira de clientes, planejando ações para cumprimento de metas
  • Manter carteira de clientes atualizada (contatos, endereço, e-mail, telefone) e informar área de Regulatórios e Qualidade sobre alterações
  • Identificar necessidades e potencialidades dos clientes, sugerindo ações para projetos especiais e prioridade logística
  • Realizar relatórios de atividades (planejamento de vendas, informações de clientes, desempenho da carteira) conforme procedimentos
  • Participar de treinamentos sobre produtos e equipamentos da Divisão Diagnóstica
  • Cumprir políticas, procedimentos de qualidade, Código de Conduta Comercial e apoiar ações de EHS
