Responsibilities

  • Manage the MENA CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings, events, and travel
  • Organize logistics for internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, briefing materials, and post-meeting follow-ups
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO and wider team
  • Process expense reports for the CEO
  • Manage purchase orders for the broader team
  • Process and validate sales orders with accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Maintain and organize sales documentation
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and regular KPI reporting (pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, forecasting accuracy, etc.)
  • Monitor CRM data quality and structure while ensuring consistent data hygiene across the team
  • Produce ad-hoc performance reports for senior leadership covering productivity, territory insights, and revenue trends
  • Support commission calculations, quota allocation, territory planning, and incentive modeling using Excel and/or BI tools
  • Conduct win/loss and sales cycle analyses to support sales strategy and enablement initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments such as Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment and smooth process flow
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for the team, managing logistical needs, coordinating resources, and facilitating effective communication
