Requirements

  • Maintain deep, current knowledge about medical and nutritional science, the evolving healthcare landscape, and emerging digital trends
  • Integrate knowledge about nutrition, science, omnichannel engagement, and the healthcare landscape to deliver customized value to HCPs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs using multiple engagement platforms/channels (digital, remote/virtual, and face-to-face)
  • Apply customer insights as a two-way process: using engagement data to inform strategy/activities and collecting feedback/behavioral data to refine profiles and strategy
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, SFE/Training) to optimize customer engagement

Responsibilities

  • Support selling and educating a broad network of HCPs about Abbott products
  • Contribute to long-term growth of Abbott Nutrition products by increasing HCP awareness of nutrition's role in quality of life and Abbott's superiority over competitors
  • Gain new business and grow existing business through multichannel customer engagement strategies that build HCP confidence and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs at different levels using existing networks to expand reach
  • Use data and insights from digital/omnichannel activities to refine HCP profiles and select tailored engagement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient education on nutrition and Abbott brands, influence choices, and deliver consistent customer experiences
  • Measure progress against customer/account objectives and take action to meet targets
  • Act in alignment with compliance and regulatory expectations
