Responsibilities

  • Develop the company's overall strategy and lead high-priority strategic initiatives
  • Communicate strategy effectively and develop objectives aligned with the strategy
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend merger and acquisition opportunities; support transaction execution and oversee post-merger integration
  • Contribute to business development and partnership discussions (distribution, technology/product, content, monetization); recommend strategic actions and conduct discussions with potential partners
  • Oversee business modeling and long-range financial planning
  • Manage web analytics, reporting, yield management, forecasting, and data strategy
  • Evaluate economics and business models of specific products/services, companies, and industry sectors
  • Oversee projects for environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses, and studies related to company growth and profitability
  • Develop and provide guidance to the Strategic Planning team
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Identify and strategize plans for long-term organizational goals; recommend resource allocation; identify M&A opportunities
  • Plan overall direction and financial planning for the Strategic Planning department; provide leadership for diverse functions
  • Contribute to organizational business strategy development and align objectives accordingly
