Proficiency in secure transportation, tactical operations, and route planning
Strong situational awareness
Physical fitness to handle long hours and potential confrontations
20/20 vision (corrected or uncorrected) and good hearing
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with principals and security teams
Secure communication skills and real-time situational reporting
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of a recognized executive protection training program or willingness to attend the training
Successful completion of a professional driving course (defensive, evasive, off-road) or willingness to attend the training

Operate company vehicles to transport executives safely and securely
Commitment to prompt and reliable scheduling and coordination
Provide an exceptional “white glove” experience for executives
Employ defensive and evasive driving techniques to mitigate risks
Conduct pre-trip reconnaissance and risk assessments
Identify potential threats, traffic hazards, and vulnerabilities
Select primary and alternate routes based on real-time conditions
Perform regular vehicle inspections and ensure safety equipment functionality
Secure vehicles when not in use to prevent theft or sabotage
Respond to emergencies including accidents, medical incidents, and security threats
Execute emergency evacuation plans and provide first aid when needed
Maintain proficiency in emergency response techniques
