Requirements

Candidates must possess over 15 years of leadership experience in a matrixed organization, including technical, leadership, and application development roles. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required in leading full-stack engineering teams, defining and executing long-term technology strategies, managing diverse teams to deliver business value, and partnering across the organization for enterprise initiatives. Additionally, 5 years of fiscal management experience for capital and operating expense budgets is necessary. Preferred qualifications include strong knowledge of IT vendor management, IT service management methodologies, experience in transformation initiatives, product-led transformation, and strong people leadership capabilities with a focus on building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

The Executive Director, Technology will provide vision and direction for the Finance Organization's technology, aligning IT resources with business needs. They will lead product transformation through collaboration across technology and business, manage the delivery of IT initiatives ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence, and oversee the IT budget, resources, and vendors. Responsibilities also include collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and provide strategic IT guidance, establishing communication with stakeholders and partners, ensuring system compliance with policies and regulations, driving innovation and continuous improvement, and developing and mentoring the team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
