Requirements

  • Strategic leadership experience in global facilities operations across multiple sites in North America, UK, Belgium, and Switzerland
  • Ability to lead a highly motivated GFO Leadership Team in a matrixed organization
  • Expertise in coordinating with Global Capital Services and Solutions (CSS), Corporate EHSS, Business Development, Operational Excellence, and other Enabling Business Partners
  • Experience developing, delivering, and governing a global Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service delivery model
  • Financial management skills for a $700M+ OpEx P&L and developing long-term CapEx strategic plans based on asset life cycle management
  • Capability to create innovative programs for attracting, developing, and retaining future GTS Leaders
  • Knowledge of sustainability programs and advancing them across a global footprint

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Global Facilities Operations (GFO) Team overseeing R&D, Product Development, Corporate Headquarters, and Commercial offices
  • Deliver safe, effective, and strategically aligned Facilities Services to meet key stakeholder needs, emphasizing continuous performance optimization, technology adoption, and exceptional user experience
  • Develop strategic Facilities Services for 22 locations in North America, UK, and Europe
  • Build a vision for organizational culture through amenities and services delivered to site occupants
  • Support senior leadership in strategies for accommodating growth and a dynamic office/research landscape for R&D, GDD, PD, GPDO, GPS, and Enabling Functions
  • Collaborate with Global CSS and Corporate Real Estate/Workplace Services on future space requirements, site/regional Master Planning, optimizing square footage, site divestitures, and new business development integrations
  • Champion innovative digital tools and technologies for operational excellence in Facilities Services delivery, management, and monitoring
