Responsibilities

Create a vision, define strategy, and develop integrated development plans for assets in the portfolio
Develop objective criteria for evaluating assets to enable robust debate and rapid, data-driven decision making
Design and execute effective development programs aligned with R&D portfolio goals
Engage cross-company expertise, advisory groups, and governance bodies to define, revise, and champion asset strategies and plans
Analyze progress, engage in critical thinking, and solve problems to deliver key data and interpretations for decision making
Deliver high-quality, differentiated assets to commercial with competitive profiles addressing unmet needs and providing shareholder return
Ensure team processes and outputs meet program standards (PD&C expectations, budget, schedule, compliance) while streamlining development
Engage senior leaders and stakeholders for alignment on strategy, operational plans, risks, competitive landscape changes, and milestones
Provide input and drive portfolio-level strategy for internal and external opportunities
Participate in regulatory filings (NDA, BLA) and develop related strategies
