Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment within the High Tech industry, demonstrating superior attention to detail, high level of integrity and discretion, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organizational skills. They should also have demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships, partner closely with leaders, and keep multiple teams and projects on track in parallel, along with experience with contract management, procurement processes, and general business workflows.
As an Executive Business Partner, the individual will manage complex travel on behalf of executives, prepare expenses, organize and assist with special events, team activities, and successful meetings through research, participant coordination, material preparation, and logistics management. They will partner with executives to understand their priorities, effectively address meeting requests, and manage complex calendars, stack rank meeting requests, and redirect as needed. The role also involves acting as a point person for executives’ direct reports, building strong relationships across their team, drafting presentations, taking meeting minutes/actions, coordinating oral and written communication, managing meeting topics and agendas, coordinating presenters, and managing time during meetings. Additionally, they will drive accountability with team project deliverables, updating project trackers, ensuring milestones and actions are completed, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and leading end-to-end planning and execution of executive offsites and strategic team gatherings, including budgeting, venue sourcing, agenda creation, and stakeholder coordination.
