Responsibilities

  • Coordinate CEO inputs for Board and Committee meetings, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions
  • Manage Board and governance workflows (e.g., board calendar, paper uploads, action tracking) and maintain records
  • Advise on preparation and review of Board papers for strategic alignment and quality
  • Prepare briefing packs for CEO in board and sector forums
  • Partner with CEO and Governance team for streamlined Board processes
  • Monitor CEO inbox, calendars, and sector intelligence to identify priorities, risks, and opportunities
  • Act as triage point, prioritizing and actioning issues on CEO's behalf
  • Maintain forward view of commitments, surface conflicts with options
  • Shepherd approval packs per Delegation of Authority
  • Orchestrate CEO’s operating rhythm and recommend improvements
  • Coordinate ELT meetings (agendas, pre-reads, logistics, minutes, actions)
  • Prepare briefing notes, talking points, and analytics for decision support
  • Maintain and track decision/action logs to closure
  • Follow up on Board/ELT action items
  • Link ideas, people, and initiatives for enterprise coherence
  • Provide honest feedback and insight as CEO confidante
  • Attend meetings on CEO's behalf for alignment and representation
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders, managing relationships professionally
  • Coordinate logistics for CEO participation in national forums
