Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in an Administrative role or Executive Assistant role
  • 6+ years of executive-level experience working with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • 6+ years of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 6+ years of experience supporting a higher level of communication with managers, team leads, and stakeholders
  • 6+ years of organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive priorities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Self-starter with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, flexible, and collaborative approach with a commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CFO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
  • Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Coordinate cross-functional finance and leadership meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, and logistics are well-prepared and delivered on time
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Draft, review, and edit presentations, reports, and communications for executive review
  • Track key action items and follow-ups for the CFO and Finance leadership team
  • Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and logistics
  • Process expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor invoices accurately and promptly
  • Plan and execute finance team events, offsites, and quarterly business reviews
  • Act as a central point of contact for communication between the CFO’s office and other internal and external partners
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants across Blizzard and Activision to align schedules, priorities, and company-wide initiatives
  • Maintain organizational tools such as distribution lists, documentation repositories, and team SharePoint sites
  • Continuously look for ways to improve administrative systems, workflows, and communication processes
  • Provide flexible support to other Blizzard executives as needed
