Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and President, ensuring alignment with their priorities
Coordinate and manage complex travel logistics to facilitate efficient decision-making
Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, enhancing organizational relationships and alignment
Act swiftly and manage critical communications and last-minute support as needed on organizational matters
Proactively manage executive calendars, prioritizing appointments and minimizing scheduling conflicts to maximize productivity
Help each executive stay organized and on top of any direct follow-ups
Support expense management for the CEO and President in alignment with budget
Assist with audits by sourcing documentation and addressing compliance-related requests
Develop cost-effective and policy-compliant travel plans for CEO and President
