Responsibilities

  • Perform an array of admin + personal work for senior leaders with precision, reliability, and promptness (including scheduling, answering emails and calls, preparing and arranging complex travel, ordering meals, etc.)
  • Project management across multiple locations and contexts
  • Contribute to special projects and event planning, from start to finish
  • Constantly seek ways to improve administrative and operational efficiency
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues across the firm
