Requirements

Candidates must have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, with prior experience in an accounting firm being highly preferred. A solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes is essential, along with experience using accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero, and familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms. Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will monitor and manage business listings, communicate with business sellers via calls and emails, and draft professional correspondence. Responsibilities include providing administrative and executive support, handling Accounts Payable functions such as invoice processing and vendor management, and managing Accounts Receivable processes including billing and collections. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting bookkeeping tasks, preparing reports, organizing documentation, ensuring deadlines are met, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth business operations.
