The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated administrative support to multiple executives, manage complex calendar arrangements, handle sensitive information with discretion, and coordinate domestic and international travel. They will draft and edit correspondence, facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders, support office operations, and assist in organizing company events. Additionally, they will lead special projects, track milestones, prepare meeting minutes, and manage expense reports for the executive team.
