Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior leaders, with advanced skills in MS Office Suite and some Salesforce experience. Successful project management experience, decision-making skills to resolve challenges, experience in a global remote environment, and advanced written and spoken English communication are also required.
The Executive Assistant will serve as the communication gatekeeper, manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, and schedule meetings. They will prepare and edit high-quality documents and presentations, act as a subject matter expert in Outlook and Salesforce, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Responsibilities also include organizing and supporting meetings, training sessions, and conference calls, tracking deadlines, collaborating with facilities and technology teams, and supporting special projects, events, and executive programs.
