Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field, which is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C-suite or executive leadership in a corporate, healthcare, or technology environment is required.
The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner and thought partner to the C-suite, helping to prioritize issues and ensure strategic alignment across executives. They will facilitate communication and collaboration among executive leaders and their teams, acting as a “gatekeeper” and “gateway” to streamline workflows and meetings. The role involves managing executive calendars, scheduling complex meetings, preparing executives for meetings, organizing and coordinating executive offsites and leadership meetings, supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating executive-level correspondence, providing logistical support to the Board of Directors, managing sensitive information, identifying process improvements, partnering with internal teams, and capturing meeting outcomes. Additionally, the Executive Assistant may advise and act on behalf of C-suite members as appropriate, and be flexible to take on special projects and ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
