Senior Program Manager, Clinical Performance and Innovation

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience defining and managing projects, along with 4-6 years of experience managing project teams. They must have a track record of successful project delivery in a dynamic work environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, and experience working in value-based care, health innovation, and external vendors.
The Senior Program Manager will lead a small team to identify and execute existing opportunities driving total cost of care savings across Aledade’s ACOs, manage a team of program managers and cross-functional team members, identify, scope, and evaluate new innovation opportunities, analyze emerging trends, develop pilot proposals and implementation plans, document and disseminate best practices in program management, and manage core team processes including synthesizing weekly updates and ‘savings pod’ meetings.
