Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Background in finance is a plus
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, social, and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic
  • High ethical standards and a proven commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to work from the office in Lehi, Utah, five days a week
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and confidential matters with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key support system for the Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer, and General Counsel, along with their respective teams
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments to optimize executive time
  • Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and host visitors
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
  • Plan and execute company events, from conception to completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors
  • Serve as a vital liaison to the board of directors and senior leadership teams
  • Manage and execute special projects, coordinate executive outreach, and oversee external relations efforts
