Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President’s Office and key leadership team members
  • Organize, coordinate, and streamline activities for the leadership team to ensure effective support of the President
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with internal teams and direct reports
  • Interface with external stakeholders, including bottling partners, customers, and key business partners
  • Act as the primary liaison for the President and leadership team, maintaining trusted relationships across the organization
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and regular offsite team events
  • Arrange and manage travel logistics for senior executives
  • Proactively anticipate needs and drive meaningful changes for executives and the organization
